FOUNDER | SENIOR CONSULTANTHan is dedicated to support non-profits by offering practical, tailor-made and flexible solutions on all fundraising levels. The way he would have liked to be supported when he was head fundraising of non-profit organizations the past ten years. Rather than providing broad concepts, his tools and advice can be implemented directly in your organization.
SENIOR CONSULTANTMaaike brings in field experience. She has been working for over a decade in -mostly francophone- Africa, both in the field of international development cooperation as in the international cultural sector. She knows how to combine theory and practice. She has worked for non profits as well as large institutional donors and is able to link both perspectives.
Naz has a multidisciplinary background as a Systems Engineering and EU Studies expert. She has diverse professional experience in institutional fundraising, proposal development, grant management, program development and implementation,monitoring & evaluation, and multi-country consortium building in Asia and Africa.
CONSULTANTDiana is a fundraising and civil society enthusiast with international fundraising experience. With a background in Civil Society studies, she understands the role of NGOs as well as its needs in today’s contexts. She has experience with large and small NGOs in different countries and supports our team with her donor research skills, proposal development experience and hands-on approach.
CONSULTANTThomas has an international background in the world of NGOs and fundraising, with a special connection to Latin America. This combined with a Master degree in Business for Development, he has a firm grasp of the agendas and trends that make up the playing field for NGOs today. He applies his experiences and excellent project management, analytical and writing skills to help our clients achieve great results.
CONSULTANTElsi brings over a decade of experience in program development and fundraising in Southeast Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. Elsi’s dedication to the non-profit sector was inspired at a young age, while he was a volunteer at a refugee camp. Ever since, Elsi has been involved in a variety of capacities for nonprofits in different settings and has led or been a member of several multicultural teams.

Emily brings over nine years of experience leading project management and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) efforts for human rights and international development programs. She utilizes skills and perspectives developed through work at U.S.-based international NGOs and for a U.S. donor agency. She is well-versed in a variety of global programs with a longstanding regional focus in Latin America. Emily holds a Masters degree in Public Management.

We are a fundraising consultancy firm which supports non-profit organizations around the globe in raising more support and funding for their causes. We have an office in Gouda, The Netherlands and in Washington D.C., U.S.A. With a team of eight – nine including you – experienced fundraising consultants we provide our clients with the best tools and knowledge available to make an impact. With our two offices, we support non-profits in 25 different countries.
Why do we need you?
We are a young but fast-growing consultancy firm. For both our online and offline communications and events, we are looking for someone with the right skills and knowledge to help grow our business. Also, the recent USA office opening will need special marketing and communication attention. At the same time, your skills can be of use for our clients, when they would need specialized communication advice. Your job will include, but not be limited to:
- Online communication (updating of website, blogposts, social media, mailings)
- Offline communication (organizing of events)
- Design of communication materials (flyers, banners, layout of reports etc.)
- Development of new communication & marketing strategies
- Working on assignments of clients (lay-outing of proposals, advice on marketing and communication, organization of events etc.)
Who are you?
- You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in communication & Marketing, Business Development, Graphic Design or other relevant field
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English (and Dutch is an asset)
- You have experience in using social media in a professional context
- Your digital skills include InDesign and WordPress
- You are result-driven and ambitious
- You are a strong communicator with analytical and organizational skills
- You are available for a minimum of 16 hours per week (more hours possible) starting asap
