Elsi’s dedication to the non-profit sector was inspired at a young age, as he was volunteering at a refugee camp. Ever since, he has been involved in various capacities for nonprofits and has led or been a member of several multicultural teams.

Driven by her interest for economics and data-collection and -sharing, Ilse led the very first HVFC Trends Research on Fundraising whose findings have already benefited hundreds of professionals worldwide.

With 15+ years of experience, Kristine has an extensive professional toolbox that includes fundraising, programming (civic space, rights-based approach, gender and community mobilization), advocacy, partnership engagement, organizational development and learning.

An enthusiastic and results-driven professional with extensive NGO experience in resource mobilization, Farihah successfully led, coordinated and supported the development of medium to high-value strategic project proposals and donor mapping exercises during her time at BRAC International.

From an early age, Noëlle has always been drawn to the unknown and interested in different people and cultures. A student in Cultural Anthropology and Development Studies, she is a positive, adventurous, empathetic and curious anthropologist who likes to work on and write about cultural diversity and international cooperation.

William is HVFC’s local representative in the United Kingdom. He is an International Development Consultant with 15+ years of experience in the sector from a diverse range of organisations. Prior to HVFC, his positions included CEO of a UK charity, Project Development Manager at an International NGO, and Training Officer for a UN agency.

Sub-recipient management and navigating the rules and regulations of USAID form an integral part of Mischa’s expertise, along with compliance with donor- and project requirements, and capacity strengthening.

Rosanne has a solid track record in financial management of USAID-funded projects. Her expertise is in financial compliance, indirect cost recovery, risk management, audit regulations, and internal controls.

For nearly 15 years, Jared has worked diligently on program design, business development and thought leadership within the non-profit sector. He specializes in financial inclusion, advocacy and economic empowerment programming.
